FAQ, shipping etc

PAINTING SURFACES
I paint these small works either on canvas or flat smooth panel.  I indicate on each piece which surface it is painted on and the depth.

TIMING
Please allow 5 - 14 days for arrival.  Sometimes the paint is still wet and needs a few days to dry before shipping.

PAYMENT AND SHIPPING

Payment can be made by clicking directly on a painting and you will taken to paypal..OR mail me a check OR call for a credit card payment, OR send me an email or call and we can discuss.

SHIPPING

Artwork will be shipped to the continental U.S. and Canada by either UPS Ground or Canadian Postal, depending on the size.  Shipping will include insurance and tracking.  For all other destinations, please contact me on my contact page for shipping rates.   I pack each painting with great care and so far have not had any problems! 

For international destinations, shipping rates are determined by the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the destination postal code.  Please be aware that the buyer will be responsible for paying the shipping, duties, taxes and brokerage fees determined by the destination country.

RETURNS

If a buyer is not satisfied with a painting, notification must be made to me within three (3) days and the painting returned to me within seven (7) days from the date it was received. It must be in the original packing and shipped to me at the buyer's expense, with tracking and insurance included. I will issue a full refund of the purchase price, as long as it is received back in the original condition.
